Job Description :

To manage and nurture the relationships between our company and its customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, which will contribute to repeat business and a strong brand reputation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Communication: Engage in effective communication by listening to customer needs and concerns, providing clear and accurate information, and responding promptly to inquiries and feedback.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by training and guiding employees to assist customers courteously, resolving issues and complaints swiftly, and exceeding customer expectations.
Personalization: Enhance customer experience through personalization by recommending products, offering targeted promotions, and addressing customers by name.
Feedback and Surveys: Encourage customer feedback through surveys and reviews to gain insights into customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Loyalty Programs: Develop and manage loyalty programs to reward repeat customers and create a sense of value.
Complaint Resolution: Effectively handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring resolution to the customer’s satisfaction to foster loyalty.
Data Management: Maintain a comprehensive customer database to track interactions, preferences, and purchase history for personalized marketing efforts.
Social Media and Online Presence: Maintain a positive and responsive online presence to engage customers in real-time through social media and other online platforms.
Training and Development: Provide ongoing training in customer service and relationship-building skills to ensure consistency in consumer relations.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and improve consumer relations strategies based on customer feedback and market changes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service or consumer relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in CRM software and data analysis.
