Job Description :

This role is pivotal in preventing defects, errors, or issues in our offerings before they reach our customers. Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop Quality Standards: Establish and maintain clear, measurable quality standards and criteria for products and services, adhering to industry guidelines and requirements.
Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and adherence across the board.
Quality Control: Implement methods and techniques to monitor and control processes, conducting inspections, testing, and audits to identify and rectify issues promptly.
Training and Development: Organize and provide training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in compliance with quality standards.
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing necessary adjustments.
Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in processes, products, or services, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements and address concerns swiftly.
Testing and Validation: Conduct comprehensive testing in relevant fields, such as software development, to ensure products meet all requirements and function as intended.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate underlying causes of defects or issues to prevent recurrence, employing a systematic approach.
Performance Metrics: Utilize relevant metrics and KPIs to measure QA processes' effectiveness, facilitating data-driven decisions for enhancements.
11. Compliance and Auditing: Ensure adherence to industry-specific certifications and standards, and conduct internal and external audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a QA role, demonstrating a thorough understanding of QA methodologies and tools.
Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001.
Experience in conducting training sessions and developing team skills.
